Floor Plan to 3D Beta · Testing

Upload a floor plan. We find the rooms and turn it into a house you can spin around, in a few seconds. No sign-up, and the plan never leaves your browser. It's a beta: tell us where it gets things wrong.

Turn a floor plan into a 3D house

Upload a floor plan image, a real estate listing plan, a builder's drawing or a photo of a sketch, and the tool finds the walls, closes the doorways and builds each room as a 3D box you can spin around. Nothing is uploaded; the image is processed in your browser.

Click a room to rename it, give it a new floor or tick repaint, and a rough Melbourne budget adds up on the right. Type one real measurement to fix the scale.

This is in beta: plans with heavy shading, furniture drawn in, or hand-drawn walls may come out wrong. The bathroom and flooring tools are the ones to use for exact quantities.

Questions people ask

Can I turn a floor plan into 3D for free?

Yes. This tool reads a floor plan image in your browser and builds a simple 3D model of the rooms. It is a rough visualiser, not an architectural model.

Does the floor plan need to be to scale?

No. The tool guesses the scale from wall thickness, and you can type one known room size to correct it.

How much does a renovation cost per square metre in Melbourne?

Flooring $70–$175 per m² installed depending on the material, painting around $20–$25 per m² of wall, a full bathroom $16,000 upwards and a kitchen $18,000 upwards in 2026. The tool gives a range; a site visit gives a quote.
